About Me

Reuben was first introduced to Gallup CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) over 20 years ago and has been in love with this assessment ever since. He has used CliftonStrengths to become a better manager, leader, friend, student, salesperson, and more. As a coach, he works with businesses to unlock each employee's maximum potential for greater success of the entire organization. 

Reuben was born in Elmhurst Illinois and has lived in Tennessee, Maryland, California, and even Malawi (Africa) for a short time. He calls San Diego his home and is an active member at Awaken Church. He enjoys going on cruises, playing poker, working out, reading, and cooking.
