I am in the beginning stages right now, coming up with the overall concept and story line. Story line? What? For those who have read any New York Times bestsellers from Patrick Lencioni or John Gordon, I am to write a similar book where I tell a captivating, drama-filled and page-turning story that keeps you entertaining while also teaching you about many of the leadership lessons I have learned as a leader for more than 20 years.
